Utilization

1. CREATE A SHORTCUT-ICON

Create a shortcut-icon on your smartphone, and access my website with just one click.

DCC

Open the browser-menu (by tapping on the three dots in the address bar) and choose "Add to Homescreen".

The exact procedure depends on the browser used, but is mostly done in two simple steps.

After that, you will find the icon shown above on your Homescreen, which then can be used to call my website easily.

2. Get your DCC

Get your DCC easily by tapping on the "GET YOURS" - button.
You will then be forwarded to a page on which you can create your own, unique DCC-Link (= your Digital Contact Card). Your unique DCC-Link will be created from a link-name you choose, plus a UNIQUE USER ID.

If you like, you can then personalize your DCC, or skip the steps and directly go to your DCC-Link.

3. PERSONALIZE YOUR DCC

An important feature of your DCC is the possiblity to personalize it.

Addressing the recipient by his name, adds a personal touch, which will give him a feeling as if the DCC was created just for him.

There are various parts, depending on the DCC, which can be personalized. Always the addressing of the recipient, and the signature at the end.

Your DCC will be online for 7 days, and depending on how you personalize it, you can share your it with as many people as you like.

If you choose a.s. a "MOTHERSDAY"-DCC, and address the recipient as "Dear Mama!", you will most probably use it only once.
Creating a "HALOWEEN"-DCC, using a.s. "Hi guys!" as the address, will on the other hand offer the possiblity to share it multiple times.

4. EDIT YOUR DCC

After creating and personalizing your DCC, you can also edit it afterwards.

You can do it very easily, by simply tapping on the Address. And then just select the part you want to change.

5. SHARE YOUR DCC

As a smartphone user you surely have shared links a thousand times.

So certainly there is not much explaination needed.

You can share your DCC easiest by copying the URL from the address bar, or from your browser menu, via WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, SMS, Bluetooth and NFC.

Only share the URL of the first page!
